TRAIL-EASE RISK-FREE GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY: Here at Trail-Ease we want you to be completely satisfied with your Trail-Ease Products. We believe in our products and customers so much that we offer the best guarantee in the business: If you don’t agree Trail-Ease Riding Panniers is the best horse-pack you’ve ever used, we will refund your money even if you have used it! All Trail-Ease Products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you, the original purchaser, own them. If, for any reason, you are not delighted with your Trail-Ease products, you may return them for refund of the purchase price within 10 days of the date received. You must first call Trail-Ease to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization before returning items and enclose a copy of the sales receipt with the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If used, a $25 cleaning fee per item will be deducted from refund. Repair charges will be deducted from refund for Products returned in an abused condition (i.e. with excessive soiling, stains, and/or damage.) Please allow two weeks for processing refund. Sorry, custom colors, or otherwise customized orders, and customer-altered Products are not returnable. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
