On the first night we were in Nuevo Laredo, we wondered around famished, trying to find a good and reasonably priced restaurant. Someone recommended one to us, and when we walked into it and saw all the waiters dressed like this, and that we were the only people in the restaurant, we assumed we were in way over our heads.

But we decided to splurge anyway, even though prices weren't even noted on the menu. We had a delicious three course dinner with a couple beers, and coffee. And we finished it off with a banana flambee dessert which you can see one waiter preparing at our table while several others stood around and watched. The dinner ended up costing the three of us about $40. Not bad for splurging!
